The Tiger Who Came To Tea

Having enchanted generations of readers, the classic children’s book ‘The Tiger Who Came to Tea’ is coming to our television screens this Christmas courtesy of Lupus Films. The half-hour animated film will be premiered on Channel 4 on Christmas Day and will feature the voices of Benedict Cumberbatch, David Oyelowo and Tamsin Greig. They will be joined by David Walliams and Paul Whitehouse, and the role of Sophie will be taken by seven-year-old Clara Ross, who makes her TV debut. Lupus Films have previously produced other festive classics like ‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’ and ‘The Snowman’ and ‘The Snowdog’.

Halo provided full Picture Production and mixed the theatrical version.

Adam Jackson-Nocher from Lupus says…

“We’ve worked closely with Halo on our last two films and have always appreciated their flexible, professional and friendly approach.”
