Jamie Oliver offers his stress-free guide to planning the most important feast of the year by showing exactly what to cook and when across Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. At the centre of his table is a show-stopping turkey with herb butter and crispy skin. That’s surrounded by smoked salmon pate, pork stuffing crammed with silky leeks, sweet peaches and roasted chestnuts, glazed clementine carrots and gnarly sausage and sage.

“It’s always a fun time in the grade with the Jamie Oliver team but even more so for the Christmas specials. This year it was all about the chronology of the Christmas preparations, from Christmas Eve round to the morning prep on the day and how it culminates to the main event that is… Christmas Dinner. Overall the tones where warm and cosy but we did tweak the grades to account for the different times of day making it feel like Jamie is right there with you in real time. Of course as always the food takes centre stage so plenty of work goes into making it look as scrumptious as ever. All of that topped off with some Christmas sparkle with some cheeky glint effects on the highlights and the end results looks good enough to eat. Tune in on Sunday 15th Dec to check it out.”
